Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients will be charged if appointment changes are not made in this time frame. Appointments that can be rescheduled for the same week will avoid this fee. If a client has three consecutive missed or cancelled appointments their appointment spot will not be held for future appointments. Therapist discretion will be used in the case of accidents and emergencies. Please keep in mind that cancellation and additional fees are an out-of pocket cost and are not covered by flexible spending plans.

Clients using insurance will pay the copay or deductible amount detailed in their insurance contract. I recommend that you call your insurance company to verify your benefits for outpatient mental health counseling services. If I am not covered by your insurance provider and you have out of network benefits, I can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement (Superbill).
